I'm a Computer Science student with a passion for building innovative solutions. I'm currently looking for a full-time role in software development. When I'm not coding, you'll find me exploring new technologies, exercising, or spending time with my family. Some of my hobbies include: Basketball, Golf, Camping, Reading, Movies, and Gaming.
My journey to software development began with a profound personal experience. After surviving a near-death experience when my appendix burst, I was inspired to pursue medicine—a path that seemed natural given my fascination with the medical field and a pediatric surgeon's encouraging words: "You would be a good doctor." This led me to nursing school, where I discovered my ability to quickly absorb complex information and communicate effectively with medical professionals.
However, the COVID-19 pandemic and the evolving state of healthcare prompted me to take a step back and reevaluate my path. During this period of reflection, I realized that my lifelong interest in computers, coding, and technology was calling me in a different direction. I'm now a passionate software developer graduating in December 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oakland University, maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.7 while gaining practical experience through my internship and diverse projects.
My background includes a Software Engineering Internship at Detroit Arsenal's Ground Vehicles System Center, where I developed professional skills in a lab environment. I'm a fast-learning, motivated individual seeking opportunities to apply my technical skills and education in software development. I was accepted again in the summer of 2025. However, due to the Federal hiring freeze, I was unable to start my internship. I am now seeking opportunities to apply my technical skills and education in software development in a full-time role.

Technologies
Developed Python automation scripts for military vehicle systems at Detroit Arsenal's Ground Vehicle Systems Center. Implemented SSH-based deployment protocols and integrated Raspberry Pi systems with Electronic Paper Displays for real-time data visualization. Gained hands-on experience with CAN Bus protocols and embedded systems in a professional laboratory environment.
Led frontend development for a city-wide pavilion booking platform, delivering responsive, accessible UI/UX using React, JavaScript, CSS Modules, and React Router DOM. Integrated with a .NET 7 Web API and SQL Server backend, implementing secure JWT authentication and role-based access control. Built core features, including pavilion search/booking, booking history, event management, and an Admin Dashboard for approvals. Collaborated with backend engineers to design REST APIs, managed Git/GitHub workflows, and improved UI reliability through Jest testing and validation.
Led development of a collaborative, color-coded task management platform with HTML, CSS, Python, and SQLAlchemy. Designed core features for task creation, editing, deletion, folder organization, and deadline scheduling with priority-based color-coding system.
Developed machine learning-powered desktop application for system performance optimization. Implemented XGBoost classification model to predict and prevent system performance degradation. Built real-time process monitoring system with PyQt interface for user interaction. Demonstrated practical application of ML algorithms in system administration and performance management.
Java-based chess application developed as part of CSI2999 course project. Implemented chess game logic, move validation, and user interface components demonstrating strong object-oriented programming and algorithm design skills.
"I came away impressed by his drive, initiative, and enthusiasm when it came to tackling every task assigned to him. Noah demonstrated impressive persistence in seeking tasks and being able to learn how to complete his tasks in both a collaborative effort and with independent research."
"His combination of always wanting to better understand difficult concepts and their application was encouraging for himself and the other students in the class. As a former software development employee of General Dynamics, I understand the job responsibilities of software development work and Noah has what it takes to do well in that role."
I'm always interested in connecting with other developers and exploring new opportunities. Whether you want to discuss technology, collaborate on projects, or explore potential partnerships, I'd love to hear from you!
